About additional costs and options
Depending on the details of your trip and destination, actual expenses and optional fees may be incurred in addition to the base fee. With our transparent pricing, you can consult with us with peace of mind.
Actual expenses such as transportation and accommodation costs
Fares for public transportation (Shinkansen, airplanes, taxis, etc.), accommodation costs for nurses when staying overnight, and meal costs for accompanying nurses are to be borne by the customer. We will provide an estimate of the specific amounts when creating your plan.
Special Care and Options
Overnight monitoring support
For cases requiring overnight health management or toilet assistance at your accommodation.
Medical Procedure Support
For cases requiring advanced care such as suctioning, insulin injections, and tube feeding.
Early morning and late-night surcharges
This is the fee for support before 6:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.
Day Trips
This is an example of a 4-hour outing support, such as a walk in a nearby park or lunch at your favorite restaurant.
